Location permission is requested only if you click “Use my current location”. If you allow it, your browser sends your coordinates directly to postcodes.io solely to find your postcode. Emergency Angel does not receive or retain those precise coordinates. Only the returned postcode is entered into the booking form and may be stored with your booking. You can refuse location permission and enter your postcode manually instead.

Push notification tokens are used to deliver notifications such as new job offers and job updates to the vendor’s device.
Customer contact details are only made available to authorised vendors where required to manage or complete an assigned job.
We do not use push notification tokens for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
