Information we may retain
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or compliance purposes. This may include job records, transaction records, invoices, payment records, communications, audit logs, and records needed to manage or evidence completed services.
What happens after your request
Emergency Angel may need to verify the identity of the requester before processing a deletion request. We will review your request and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
